Sometime in 2002 we got introduced to Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt's bestseller book The Goal: A Process of Ongoing Improvement. It changed our life!

There is a saying, when the student is ready the master will appear. The desire to understand this concept of TOC introduced to the world through Dr. Goldratt's book landed us at the door step of Ravi Gilani, India's first TOC consultant.

I owe to Manu Raj, Ravi Gilani and Sudhanshu Saraf for our knowledge and capability of implementing TOC. We started this journey in winter of 2010.
